Hobbled Saints place Williams (hamstring) on IR

The New Orleans Saints placed running back Jamaal Williams on injured reserve with a hamstring issue, the team announced Saturday, after the veteran did not practice this week following an early exit from Monday's victory over the Carolina Panthers.
