'Heartbroken' Meyer apologizes to Jacksonville

In an interview with the NFL Network, former Jaguars coach Urban Meyer apologized to Jacksonville for a season that fell apart on and off the field, saying he "had a dream" of the franchise's turnaround and he is "heartbroken" he won't be there to see it.
