Braves' Ynoa (shoulder) scratched; Chavez starts

Braves right-hander Huascar Ynoa was scratched from his scheduled start against the Los Angerles Dodgers on Wednesday night because of shoulder tightness. The team will replace Ynoa with Jesse Chavez as an opener.
