Hawks' Young sprains ankle, will have MRI

Hawks guard Trae Young left Tuesday night's game at Miami early in the second quarter with a sprained right ankle. X-rays were negative, and there's optimism that the injury isn't serious, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
